Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division IDIQ

Sechan was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract utilizing firm-fixed-price orders for production hardware for Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Mk2 production hardware. The scope includes hardware production, assembly, configuration, alignment, integration, testing and shipping of the SSDS hardware. This contract was competitively procured as a small business set-aside via Federal Business Opportunities.

Naval Sea Systems Command FFP Delivery Order for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Signal Data Processor Assemblies (SDP-S)

Sechan was awarded a firm-fixed-price delivery order to previously awarded contract for Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Signal Data Processor Assemblies (SDP-S).  This contract combines purchases for the Navy (78 percent); the government of Japan (20 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales program; and the Marine Corps (2 percent).  The SDP-S assembly provides the processing capability for the CEC.  The CEC SDP-S assemble was developed through a technical refresh/crypto modernization effort to implement advantages provided by significant improvements in processor technologies.  The design incorporates open architecture initiatives and satisfies sea, air and land-mobile requirement of the CEC system.  This modification is to the established SDP-S production contract.

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command IDIQ Contract for GPNTS Hardware

Sechan was awarded an indefinite-quantity/indefinite-delivery contract for Global Positioning System-Based Positioning, Navigation and Timing Service (GPNTS) hardware production units.  GPNTS is used to receive, process and distribute three dimensional position, velocity, acceleration, attitude, time and frequency in the formats required by shipboard user systems.

Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Rhode Island Contract for MK48 Heavyweight Torpedoes

Sechan was awarded a firm-fixed-price, cost reimbursement contract to fabricate, assemble, test, inspect, and deliver electronic components for the MK48 heavyweight torpedoes. This contract combines purchases for the government of Turkey (34 percent); Canada (27 percent); and the Netherlands (39 percent), under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Contract for Quickstrike Program

Sechan was awarded a firm-fixed-price requirements contract for target detecting devices in support of the Quickstrike Program. This contract is for fabrication, assembly, inspection, integration, testing, and delivery of the Targeting Detecting Devices (TDD) MK 71 MOD 1, TDD adapter MK 157 MOD 0 and Adapter Ring, TDD MK 163 MOD 0.

NUWC Newport Undersea Weapons and Undersea Defensive (UW/UD) FOS

Sechan was awarded a three-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of materials and services to design, develop, fabricate, test, install, document and deliver rapid prototype solutions in support of the Undersea Warfare/Undersea Defensive Family of Systems. Sechan was awarded the following Task Areas: 1 – Payloads, 6 – Software, 7 – Non-Payload Sensors, 8 – Guidance & Control Systems, and 10 – Ancillary and Test Equipment.

Naval Air Warfare Center AD (NAWCAD) Full Rate Production Multiple Award Contract (MAC)

This FRP MAC is designed to meet the requirement of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) for full rate production of Mission System Avionics, aircraft upgrade/modification kits, components, and installation of these products.
